Lead and manage service operations for X-Ray baggage scanners & UVSS.
Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at client sites, including airports, public infrastructure, and corporate premises.
Ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Train and mentor field engineers and technicians for skill development and technical efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues, including software configuration, hardware faults, and connectivity challenges.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all service activities.
Conduct site audits and suggest improvements in system performance and reliability.
Collaborate with the project team during new equipment installation or upgrade phases.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and operational protocols, especially in high-security areas such as airports.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Desired Skills
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in technical services, installation, testing, and maintenance of CCTV systems or X-Ray baggage scanners / UVSS (experience in both is preferred, but not mandatory).
Technical Expertise
CCTV Systems (IP-based, NVR/DVR, VMS platforms, etc.)
X-Ray Baggage Scanners / UVSS (experience preferred, but not mandatory)

Effective client-facing communication and reporting skills
Willingness to travel locally as required
