Job Description
- As a Management Trainee at Genpact, you will be responsible for processing invoices with PO & Non PO, reconciling the processed work by the team, and verifying entries. Your role will involve production planning on a daily basis, allocating the inflow volume effectively, and demonstrating good knowledge of Excel reports including Pivot tables, formulas, formatting, and data cleansing. You will be tasked with resolving queries such as wrong posting, reversal, and corrections, while also supporting team members in processing corrections by providing clarification and guidance. In this position, it will be essential for you to ensure that SOPs are regularly reviewed and updated post-client signoff. You will also be involved in handling manual check processes, researching and completing compliance reports, and responding to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit, or business units. Your responsibilities will require you to work on multiple ERP systems, process documentation, and manage tasks related to helpdesk query management and exception handling. To be successful in this role, you should hold a university degree in any discipline as a minimum qualification. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration, relevant work experience in AP (preferably in the Oil and Gas industry), practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa, Reporting, and Service Now. Strong time management, planning skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial for achieving results and delivering on goals effectively. If you have a good understanding of Helpdesk operations, it will be considered an added advantage in this role.
