Position: Customer Service Officer (1 year - Full time contract)
Job Description: What You will Be Doing
- Responsible for system-related work which would consist of, Sales order entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management.
- Be In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics
- Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns)
- Order Management
- Sales Order Entry
- Sales order Maintenance
- Shipment Release
- Inventory Management
- Ensure on time delivery.
- Process RMA (Customer returns)
- Shared role with Field Sales / IS - Pre-Order & Order Entry
What We Are Looking For
While it is preferred that the candidate is a degree holder and with working knowledge of the electronics components industry, the following are the Must-Have requirements to be successful in the role:
Expertise
- Order Management - PO to Invoicing & AR Process, RMA Process & Inventory management.
- Basic understanding of International Trade practices of Warehouse & Inco. Terms.
- Must have a tertiary education (Some formal training or experience is required to perform the job effectively)
- Experience : Must have min of 2 to 5-years experience from EMS/ Electronics components distribution.

- Committed to learn, be more & do more, Expert in OM of ERP & Excel, Process oriented.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, including English & country specific language
