Job Description

Role Overview:


This role will focus on high-volume hiring to support the rapid expansion of Stanza Livings operations across multiple cities. It requires strong execution capabilities, agility, and a sharp understanding of sourcing, screening, and onboarding large volumes of frontline and operational staff in a short span of time.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Mass Hiring Execution:
    • Own and execute monthly hiring targets (50+ hires/month) across multiple geographies.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring speed and quality of hires.
  • Strategic Sourcing:
    • Build and manage talent pipelines through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, social media, and campus channels.
    • Partner with vocational training centers and local institutes to ensure consistent candidate inflow.
  • Screening & Selection:
    • Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
    • Manage recruitment drives, walk-ins, and high-volume assessment days.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate closely with operations, HR, and city teams to align on hiring needs and timelines.
    • Act as a recruitment advisor by sharing market insights, challenges, and solutions.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Maintain real-time dashboards and hiring trackers.
    • Report weekly on hiring status, offer-to-join ratios, and sourcing channel effectiveness.
  • Onboarding Coordination:
    • Ensure seamless handover of selected candidates for offer processing and onboarding.
    • Support post-offer engagement to minimize dropouts.

Candidate Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk/mass hiring, preferably in fast-paced sectors like hospitality, co-living, facilities, or retail.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure hiring environments across multiple locations.
  • Proficient in recruitment tools, MS Excel, and data-driven hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience in scaling frontline/operations teams for multi-city businesses.
