Eligibility Criteria:

• No passing percentage criteria at any academic level.
• Educational Background:
• UG/PG: B.E / B. Tech / M. Tech / M.E (IT, Computer Science, E&TC)
• PG: MCA Computer Applications

Required Skills:

• Core Skills: Core Java, JSP, Servlet, JQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, MySQL, Hibernate
• Additional Skills: Aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability

Interpersonal Skills:

• Positive attitude with a "Can Do" approach
• Good communication and self-motivation
• Organized, fast learner, and metrics-driven

Job Description Highlights:

• Strong fundamentals in OOPS, Core Java, Collections, and Multithreading
• Experience/Knowledge in JDBC, JSP, Servlets
• Database understanding Oracle or MySQL
• Familiarity with web technologies HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
• Knowledge of frameworks like Hibernate and Web Services is a plus
• Must be open to learning and working on Java-based projects in a dynamic environment

Interview Process:

1. Technical Aptitude Test (Online)

2. Technical L1 Interview with Panel (Online)

3. Final Interview with CTO

• Offline for Maharashtra-based candidates
• Online for candidates from outside Maharashtra

Work Model:

• Work From Office Monday to Friday
• Outstation candidates are expected to relocate at their own expense
