Job Title: Sourcer (Day Shift)
Location: On-site, Noida Sector 62
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM 08:00 PM IST
Employment Type: Internship to Full-time, Onsite
About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Staffing team as US and India Sourcer. Whether you are a recent graduate, this is your chance to build a rewarding career in recruitment with global exposure.
A Sourcer is responsible for finding and identifying the right talent for job openings. Instead of interviewing candidates directly for the final job, a Sourcers role is to search, shortlist, and connect with potential candidates using online platforms, databases, and professional networks. Think of it as being the talent detective you search for the right people, gather their information, and pass it on to recruiters for further steps in the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates for US and India-based job openings through multiple channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for smooth sourcing and selection.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment activities.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Must have studied in English medium throughout (CBSE, ICSE, or State board only English medium).
- State boards with non-English medium are not eligible.
- Bachelors degree in any stream OR diploma (any discipline).
- Freshers with a passion for recruitment are welcome.
