Job Description

Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Drive initiatives to spread positivity and employee well-being across the company.
Manage Performance Management System (PMS) reports, coordination, and follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports for management.
Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESI, PT.
Handle salary processing inputs, payroll, and disbursement.
Maintain and update the HR portal and employee records.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation as needed.
Address employee queries and maintain effective communication with staff.
