Job Description
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience of 10-15 years in the lending industry, in Operations with transaction Processing
- Expertise spanning products under various retail loan products
- The person should have managed digital loan operations for multiple locations in a NBFC or a Bank
- Knowledge of regulations as applicable in the lending business
- Must have demonstrated ability to manage loans generated through digital platform.
Areas of Responsibility
- Understand our internal processes thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks
- Continuous evaluation of processes to reduce cost per transaction through process improvements, automation, or outsourcing
- Ensure timely and accurate application and accounting of loan installments/receivables collected from customers with appropriate MIS for non-resolved entries and their timely resolution
- Work closely with our technology team to make sure all the operational aspects of business are functioning smoothly
- Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
- Help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation
- Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be.
- Own MIS reporting for all teams and publish daily reports
- Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders
- Ensure timely and accurate securitization / assignment transaction processing where applicable
