Blockchain Developer @ LTIMindtree

Job Description

You should have at least 5 years of blockchain development experience and proven Web3 experience, having worked at a top-tier Web3 company such as Polygon, Coinbase, Binance, Solana, or successfully delivered contractor/freelance projects. It is essential to have an active GitHub profile showcasing contributions, repositories, and real project experience. Additionally, you should have deployed live blockchain applications with transaction volume and expertise in Rust/Solana or Solidity (EVM). Experience with Node.js or Python (Flask, FastAPI) for backend services is required, along with familiarity with prompt engineering tools (GPT, Cursor, etc.) and a strong understanding of blockchain security, DeFi, and on-chain data structures. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying smart contracts on EVM or Solana, building decentralized applications (dApps) that scale efficiently, contributing to FactCheck by integrating Web3 protocols, working on on-chain AI models for trading and analytics, optimizing gas fees, transaction speed, and security, maintaining an active GitHub with open-source contributions, and staying updated with blockchain, DeFi, and AI trends. This is a fully remote position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in blockchain development. The preferred tech stack includes Rust, Solidity, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, and Flask. The interview process will involve screening, a review of experience and live projects, an intro call for a discussion with the Founder, and technical rounds that include a deep dive into blockchain development and coding challenges.
