You are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter with expertise in Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Your role will involve collaborating with the recruitment team and hiring managers to fulfill RN staffing needs in various healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Your responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified RNs, conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews, posting job listings on relevant platforms, and working closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives. You should have a minimum of one year of experience in recruiting Registered Nurses in a healthcare environment, along with a deep understanding of RN roles, credentialing, and industry-specific regulations. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in recruitment tools and software are essential for this role. You will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from interview scheduling to onboarding new hires, while staying updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.
