Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with hands-on experience in the ITSM module, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Should have strong expertise in developing and customizing Service Catalog items and Service Portal Development.
• Strong experience in business rules, Global business rule, ACL's, flow designer, Authentications.
• Experience in building end-to-end integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
• Proficient in Glide scripting, Business Rules, Script Includes, triggers, Notification, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Integration Hub.
• ServiceNow certification (CSA/Developer) preferred.
