Job Role: Windows Platform Developer/Architect-

Location: Remote

Shift: Night Shift (Mandatory)

Job Description: This role focuses on managing a suite of vendor-installed applications hosted on Windows infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Windows platforms, experience with break/fix support, patching, and upgrades and be capable of producing high-level architecture documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in Windows platform development, system architecture, or application support.
• Install, Support and maintain vendor-installed applications running on Windows infrastructure.
• Perform break/fix, patch installation, and system upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, including patch management, Integrations and system configuration.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including architecture overviews and support models.
• Experience with EcoStruxure or similar applications is a strong plus.

The resource needs to have good hands on experience. It is not a replacement or backfill position so there will be almost no KT for the work. Resource has to learn it all by himself/herself. The resource must have good communication as this would need working directly with the client team.
