Job Description

Job Title:Power CoE Team Member

Role Summary:

As a member of the Power Center of Excellence (CoE), you will play a key role in driving innovation, standardization, and best practices across the organizations Power Platform initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and support scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud & Desktop, Copilot Studio etc.) ensuring alignment with business goals and IT governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Governance & Standards:Contribute to the development and enforcement of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Innovation & Best Practices:Research and implement best practices, reusable components, and frameworks to accelerate solution delivery.
• Support & Enablement:Provide technical support and guidance to business users and citizen developers; conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other CoEs to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Monitoring & Optimization:Monitor performance and usage of Power Platform solutions and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total experience and 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud & Desktop).
• Experience with SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and other data connectors.
• Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices in Power Platform.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance in Power Platform environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400).
• Experience with APIs, and custom connectors.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
