Role Overview:
As an MMCEO (corporate sales ), you will lead offline sales efforts, driving revenue, building strategic B2B partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
What you'll do:
Lead a powerful field team to meet and exceed revenue targets
Build strong relationships with corporates, travel agents & partners
Plan market visits, pulse key accounts & boost occupancy
Provide valuable insights on competition and market trends
Strategize, mentor, and own the regions business success
What were looking for:
8 to 12 years of experience (minimum 3 - 4 years in team management)
Background in B2B/Corporate Sales (hospitality/travel industry is a plus)
Great communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
A go-getter attitude with a love for on-ground action
