Role & responsibilities

Responsibility (personally delivers)

Skills Required

• Payroll Configuration, design, and fixing bugs related to live ECC 5.0 or higher Production system
• HR (Master Data, Benefits and Org. Management) Configuration, design, and fixing bugs related to live ECC 5.0 or higher Production system
• Functional specifications and other configuration documentation
• Complete Interface analysis / design and Document Interface Specifications
• Unit testing of configuration
• Author integration test scripts
• Liaison with development team
• Carry out steps in integration test scripts to either pass or fail them
• Work with customers to help verify designs, and testing sign offs

REQUIRED:

• 5 yrs. - SAP payroll configuration experience in SAP version ECC 5.0 or higher
• Knowledge of HR / Payroll / Benefits processes and statutory requirements
• Previous experience in global HR implementation & international transfers

PREFERRED:

• R/3 Enterprise configuration experience
• EC and ECP
