Nexdigm is hiring Accounting Professionals for (O2C)/ R2R/ AP for multiple opportunities across levels for its client in Chennai.

Our client is headquartered in Chennai and is India's leading service provider in the field of healthcare. It also has its presence in UAE, South Africa and USA.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Receivable & Transaction Processing:

  • Manage end-to-end O2C processes including Sales Order Processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Credit Notes, and Debt Collection.
  • Ensure accurate transaction processing with strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Prepare and analyze MIS reports; support audits (e.g., SAS, ISO).
  • Work efficiently with Excel and SAP
  • Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
  • Understanding of concepts of accounts payable and the complete cycle of P2P
  • Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
  • Understanding of concepts of accounts payable or general ledger and the complete cycle of P2P/R2R

Strategy & Planning:

  • Lead strategic planning and innovation for process improvements.
  • Analyze service delivery performance and recommend growth initiatives.
  • Develop cost-benefit analyses and business case justifications.

Operational Management:

  • Oversee resource deployment and task execution.
  • Drive coordination across stakeholders and operational teams.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop team members; monitor KPIs and team output.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with continuous performance enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and O2C cycles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-task effectively.

Experience Range: 1- 5 yrs


Salary range: INR 2,40,000 INR 4,00,000


Work mode: In office


Working days: 6 days, Mon to Sat


Shift: Day Shift


Work Timings: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
