Job Title Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP)

Department: Human Resources

Location: Mumbai - Preferably from Central & Harbour Line of Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on workforce planning and retention strategies.
• Manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
• Coach managers and employees on performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
• Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Required:

• 4+ years of progressive HRBP experience or strategic HR role.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working Conditions:

• This role involves weekly travel to client locations, typically two to three times. Preference will be given to male candidates.
