Job Description
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Location: Offshore Remote Experience Required: 5+ years Job Type: Full Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong scripting capabilities and be well-versed in end-to-end ServiceNow development You will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and customizing the platform to meet business requirements, particularly across ITSM modules and beyond Candidates should be skilled in all ServiceNow development (not specific to ITAM) with extensive experience with ITSM Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize core applications using ServiceNow platform tools and best practices Write clean, scalable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript and Glide APIs Implement workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and scheduled jobs Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and systems Participate in design sessions, provide architectural guidance, and ensure scalability of solutions Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and defects Maintain documentation for technical designs and code changes Collaborate with stakeholders, including ITSM process owners, to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions Required Skills & Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, Script Includes, Business Rules, etc ) Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge) Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP integrations Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with Service Portal and custom widget development is a plus ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) are desirable Nice to Have: Experience with Scoped Applications and App Engine Studio Knowledge of ITOM, SecOps, or HRSD modules Exposure to CI/CD pipelines with ServiceNowJob Classification
