Job Description

Job Title: SOB Head East Market

Location: Flexible (Lucknow / Patna / Kolkata as per business requirement)


About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to head the East Market operations. The SOB Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, supply expansion, and overall business performance across multiple cities. This role involves leading a large team and ensuring seamless execution of business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 3040 members across the East region
  • Own revenue, supply, and P&L for the designated market
  • Develop and implement strategies for market expansion & partner growth
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external)
  • Monitor performance metrics, ensure target achievement, and drive operational excellence
  • Resolve escalations and ensure smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams

Who We Are Looking For:

  • 812 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Operations leadership
  • Strong exposure to B2B sales, supply management & revenue ownership
  • Proven experience in handling large teams (25+ members)
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Hospitality/Travel/Start-up background will be an added advantage
