Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in managing store operations. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Store Operations: Proven experience in handling both inbound and outbound logistics efficiently.
Inventory Management: Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and systems.
Audit Experience: Familiarity with conducting and managing both internal and external audits.
Team Management: Ability to lead and supervise a team of at least 20 members effectively.
Customer Handling: Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
Daily Operations: Responsible for completing all day-to-day store activities as per customer requirements and business needs.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong hands-on experience in managing store activities including inbound and outbound logistics.
Proficient in inventory control and warehouse management processes.
Well-versed in handling internal and external audits.
Capable of leading and managing a team of at least 20 members.
Ability to interact with customers politely and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsible for executing day-to-day operations as per business and customer requirements.
Technical & Software Skills:
Strong working knowledge of SAP (Store and Inventory Management Modules).
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially MS Word and Excel.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in email communication with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
Language Proficiency:
Must be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Knowledge of additional regional or professional languages will be an advantage.
