Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Account Executive

Accounts finalization
Balance sheet, audit,
Return filing - I.Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, P.Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.
Experience in accounts payable and receivable
Client handling/ Vendor Handling/ Vendor Management
Tracking and maintaining inventory.
Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
Tracking flows of material inward, outward, new procurement and faulty for repair
Reporting to management and advising on process improvements.
Compiling inventory reports.
Knowledge in import, export, customs
liaise with banks
liaise with statutory departments
Out of office jobs
Stock handling
