Job Description

To provide level 2 support on network , SDWAN, Proxy related services and to ensure a professional and consistent delivery of quality service to Orange Business services customers and achievement of operational targets

Any Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Computers or science required
CCNA, CCNP , security Or Zscaler certifications
3-6 years of Industry experience, preferable as a network/security engineer in a customer support in the telecommunication industry 2 year of relevant technical experience
