Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the Non-Repo Auctions division ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
Acquire new clients from insurance, OEMs, UCDs, corporates, and leasing companies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle Level 3 client escalations.
Conduct regular meetings with key partners to increase vehicle listings.
Ensure timely operational reviews, accurate reporting, and revenue collection.
Maintain updated CRM records for approvals, revenue, and fulfillment.
Drive continuous process improvements for efficiency and service excellence.
Achieve business targets through structured action plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Graduation or above
Experience: 4+ years in the used car or auction industry
