This role is essential for driving our ongoing digital transformation, with a strong focus on automation, AI-driven analytics, and advanced reporting
Seeking someone with strong technical expertise who will be working on to enhance seamless project execution, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric insights Strengthening reporting, analytics, and workflow optimization will empower decision-making and operational efficiency

The position is key to maintaining high-quality reporting and analytics for Customer Service Managers and customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention

Core Skills

Data Science & Analytics : Expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Automation & AI : Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI-driven solutions

Programming & Data Management : Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ETL processes

Workflow Optimization : Knowledge of business process improvement frameworks and tools

Managerial Skills

Project Management : Experience with Agile/Scrum and technical project oversight

Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams
