Job Description
- As Deputy Manager at Sanghi Industries Limited in Sanghipuram Abdasa (Works), you will be responsible for managing the overall performance of the Grinding Unit. Your primary focus will be on optimizing the utilization of resources to enhance production operations. This includes monitoring daily production, dispatch figures, and energy consumption to ensure the unit operates at its optimum production rate. Your key responsibilities will involve overseeing production in the Grinding Unit and working towards improving operational efficiencies. You will be expected to manage the production operations, optimize resource and capacity utilization, and increase productivity. Additionally, you will have responsibilities related to reporting, designations, and departments within the organization. For this role, we are looking for candidates with 8 to 12 years of experience in the industry, specifically in a production-related role. Educational qualifications, certifications, and relevant training will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess the required competencies, knowledge, and skills to effectively manage production operations in a fast-paced environment. The work environment may require occasional travel, and candidates should be prepared to work in compliance with relevant regulations and union affiliations.
