Business Development Manager @ Merino Services

Job Description

• College degree in Business Administration, Marketing or MBA or BCA or MCA or Btech/B.E or Any Professional Degree or related experience.

• 8-15 years of experience in ERP solutions and services sales that includes 6-8 years of SAP sales experience.

• Excellent in qualifying & pursuing potential opportunities to closures

• Should have worked and achieved INR 2 Crores to 7 Crores revenue targets per year.

• Fluent in oral and written English.

• Pipeline building & size, aging, and quality.

• SAP Product Knowledge

• Which SAP Product they have sold ? Ecc, Rise with HANA or S/4 HANA

• Did they sell SAP licenses?

• Did they work with SAP Partner?

• Have they worked for SAP Ecosystem?

• Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred.

• Should have good exposure in selling the following.

• ERP Sales and Services to Southern Region.

• ERP Products and services (SAP & or INFOR) selling experience.

• Excellent in qualifying & pursuing potential opportunities to closures.

• Should have good experience in writing proposals or responding to RFIs, Request Proposal Request (RFP) .

• Candidate with experience in Tenders & Bidding is an advantage.

• Candidate must be from the Business solution or Business sales consulting

• Must be working as Assistant or Manager Level.

• Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce or any other CRM.

• Ready to take hunting role and close deals.
