Job Description
- Plan and manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and food for team members.
- Maintain databases, KYC records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Train and guide team members in conducting surveys, shipments, and related activities.
- Assist in obtaining permissions from relevant authorities (Highway, Railway, Airport, Metro, Police, etc.).
- Interact with clients during surveys to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate data collection in the field.
- Conduct field visits prior to surveys to assess requirements for smooth execution.
- Hire and manage local talent for survey work as needed.
- Step in as an operator/enumerator if the team size is insufficient.
- Recruit candidates within budget and ensure effective cost control during projects.
- Handle company inventories and maintain proper records.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Motivate the team and provide necessary facilities to ensure productivity.
- Any graduate with 01 year of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people management and public speaking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
