We are currently seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager- Data Analyst. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical capabilities, and familiarity with general-purpose languages like R and Python would be considered an added advantage. The role necessitates robust logical reasoning skills, business intelligence, and effective communication abilities. **Responsibilities:** - Understand business needs and objectives to develop self-sustaining data visualization automations. - Conduct data analytics on large data sets to identify trends, make forecasts, and generate insights. - Extract, modify, and standardize data from various sources while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. - Collaborate and provide support to Genpact teams located in multiple locations. **Qualifications we seek in you:** *Minimum qualifications:* - Prior exposure to Data Analytics with experience in handling automations and visualization solutions. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel; familiarity with business intelligence tools such as R and Python. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities. - Proficient in both written and verbal English. - Bachelor's or master's degree. *Preferred Qualifications:* - Experience in at least 1-2 large-scale enterprise-level Power-BI implementations. - Knowledge in building a Strong COE Approach. - Integration experience with R and Python would be an added advantage. - Comprehensive understanding of tool functions, limitations, and hidden features. - Certified Power-BI developer with experience in migration, upgrade, cluster management, and performance tuning. **Job Details:** - **Job Title:** Assistant Manager - **Primary Location:** India-Gurugram - **Schedule:** Full-time - **Education Level:** Master's / Equivalent - **Job Posting:** Jun 5, 2025, 6:44:04 AM - **Unposting Date:** Jul 5, 2025, 1:29:00 PM - **Master Skills List:** Operations - **Job Category:** Full Time,
