Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the building materials sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide training and support to sales team members to enhance their performance.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, outlining performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- A minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of laminate flooring, glass, tiles, and other building materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and strategic planning.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
- Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
Position Overview
