Job Description
- As a Manager Operations based in Noida with 7-12 years of experience in the Delivery Transaction domain, your primary responsibility will be to provide information to customers regarding their queries and efficiently resolve end customer issues as per defined SLAs. You should be able to work independently, comprehend customer requests, and maintain quality standards. Your role will involve formulating the Key Result Areas for Team Leaders and Team Members, conducting regular feedback sessions, managing performance and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction, and coordinating staffing activities following documented policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing client relationships to retain and expand existing business, oversee project budgets and schedules, and lead multiple onboarding projects to completion. You will also coordinate operational tasks to support proposed solutions effectively. Your qualifications should include a BCom or MCom degree, with expertise in Domain Competencies (BSERV) related to FAO-Financial Accounting. Overall, your role as Manager Operations will require strong leadership skills, the ability to exceed standards consistently, and the capability to deliver results in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue generation.,
