    • Grade -C1
    • Experience 6 to 10 years only
    • Location Bangalore / Pune/ Mumbai 
    • Requirement: ITIL process definition, ServiceNow Design/Configuration.  ITIL Process (All 7 processes should have exposure - Change, Problem, Incident, Event, Release, Service and Request management etc )
    • Certification- ITIL V3/V4
    • Need candidates with less than 30 days
