Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Specialist / Discovery

Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years
Type: Full-time

Summary:
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, probes, sensors, and identifiers. Must have solid JavaScript, REST/SOAP integration, and workflow automation skills, with good knowledge of ITIL processes.

Must-Have Skills:
5+ years in ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Discovery)
Strong in MID Servers, probes, sensors, identifiers
Skilled in JavaScript, REST/SOAP, workflow automation
Knowledge of ITIL and strong problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have:
CSA, CIS-ITOM certifications
Experience with Event Mgmt, Service Mapping, and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/GCP)
