Job Description
- As a Manager/Assistant Manager in Chemical Engineering Design, you will be responsible for overseeing Process Engineering & Design activities in an EPC (Project based) company operating in the Process Field. With a minimum of 8-12 years of experience and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering, you will play a key role in the development and execution of projects related to industries such as Breweries, Fruit processing, Beverage, and Pharma. Your primary responsibilities will include working on Flow diagrams, Mass & Energy Balance, P & I Diagram, Equipment layout evaluation, Equipment List, B/O Specs, Document list, transmittal records, Filing, Valve list, Instrument list, Electrical list, Line Sizing, pressure drop calculations, Commissioning, Troubleshooting, and other related tasks. It is essential to possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to work collaboratively as a team player. Furthermore, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, the capacity to take on increased responsibility and leadership roles, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by prioritizing work efficiently to meet project deliverables. While a postgraduate qualification can be advantageous, a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering coupled with relevant industry experience is essential for this role. In addition to your technical expertise, this position may require occasional domestic and international travel for project-related activities.
