Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across Malaysia and other APAC countries.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure the right fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and provide timely updates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records and recruitment reports.
Key Requirements:
Location- Bangalore
2+ years of experience in APAC recruitment, preferably with a focus on Malaysia.
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with local hiring practices and employment norms in Malaysia is a plus.
