Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote product demos for potential customers.
- Communicate product value and guide customers through the sales process.
- Make cold calls, deliver sales pitches, draft professional emails, and schedule demos.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while handling objections.
- Use CRM and sales tools for customer management.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate (Basic IT knowledge preferred).
Skills:
- Excellent communication in English & Hindi
- Strong presentation & interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving ability with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of IT concepts (Programming, Databases, Web Apps, CRM, ERP, AI, HR, Payroll, Accounting Software, etc.)
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
