Key Responsibilities


  • Build and Maintain Relationships:
    • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and assigned key hotel clients.
    • Develop deep, productive relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
    • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention by understanding and addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Account Planning & Strategy:
    • Develop and implement annual account plans with defined revenue, market share, and loyalty objectives for each key client.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with clients to refine strategies and identify new opportunities.
    • Analyze market trends, client performance, and competitor activity to inform account strategy and spot growth opportunities.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Drive achievement of sales and revenue targets through upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring new business within assigned accounts.
    • Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with key clients.
    • Prepare and deliver client-focused presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Internal Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, revenue management, customer service) to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
    • Provide coaching, insights, and feedback to internal stakeholders on account status, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and foster strong partnerships and new business opportunities within and beyond the existing account base.
    • Represent the company at industry events, associations, and trade fairs to strengthen relationships and enhance visibility.
  • Reporting:
    • Deliver regular reporting on account performance, sales pipeline, and strategic initiatives to management.
    • Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, client retention, loyalty program participation, and market share contribution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, preferably in the hospitality or service sector.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive, target-driven approach.
  • Experience with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites or industry events, as needed.
