Job Description
The candidate will be required to work in operations support team for handling incidents reported by the internal engineering and customer facing teams. They will be required to respond to problem notifications, create records in an incident management tool, debug/troubleshoot and fix issues without making software changes
Basic Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Deep understanding of AWS environment and platform services - IOT Core, Kinesis, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, DynamoDB etc.
- 4 to 5 year Experience, with Cloud and AWS, developing and working with setting up, debugging, troubleshooting AWS configuration issues
- Experience with JSON, Protocol Buffers and Scripting language (Python. Shell)
- Ability to analyze logs and debug system issues
- Experience of JavaScript, Node.js or any other high level programming language will be a plus
Basic Behavioral Skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Exhibit flexibility, in working hours (may have to work in evening hours
- Ability to learn new technologies with some support
- Ability to think outside the box and generate optimal solutions
