Location: Mumbai


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Recruiter to lead and manage end-to-end technology hiring. The role requires deep expertise in sourcing, assessing, and closing top technical talent across diverse technology stacks, while collaborating with business leaders and hiring managers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles across domains such as software engineering, cloud, data, DevOps, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand workforce plans and talent needs.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier technical professionals in a competitive market.
  • Use advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech platforms.
  • Drive talent pipeline creation for niche and leadership technology roles.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of recruiters, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to timelines.
  • Own negotiation, offer management, and candidate engagement until successful onboarding.
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, quality of hire) to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technology market insights to advise stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice for tech talent.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1012 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in IT services, product development, fintech, or consulting firms.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for Java, .NET, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, and Cybersecurity roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing niche and leadership technology roles.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities.

Education (Must):

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer Science OR MBA in HR from a reputed/pedigree institute (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
  • Strong educational background is mandatory.
  • Additional certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment Analytics will be an added advantage.
