Ceiling trim Engineer @ Akkodis

Qualification - BE Mechanical Job Requirements:
Design exposure of Automotive Interior Trims/Seating system components.

Experience on (Interior Trims - Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door trims, Console, Pillar trims, Headliner)
3D modeling in surfacing as well as solid. Generating 2D drawings,3D annotation etc.
Manage BOM and engineering releases through PLM.
Creating Engineering Concept design, master sections, macro feasibility during styling stage.
Work out detail engineering and TPL creation and Release in PLM.
Basic Understanding of DFMEA, DVP.
Basic Knowledge of engineering plastic materials and processes, dimensional management, GD&T.
Good analytical, Communication, logical and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of tooling of plastics and manufacturing processes and molding processes.
Receive customer feedback and carry out rework based on the feedback.
Execute the project with in time lines prescribed by the customer.
