Job Description
Sr. Automation Test Engineer
Experience-5-8 yrs.
Location-Gurugram (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
- Involved in design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks for Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to define test strategies and automation plans.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and other relevant tools.
- Ensure automation coverage across UI, API, and regression test suites.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation scripts and test environments.
- Mentor and guide junior automation engineers and QA team members.
- Maintain documentation for automation processes, test cases, and execution reports.
Required:
- Very strong experience in test automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG/JUnit, and Maven/Gradle.
- Proven experience in automating Salesforce applications (Lightning, Classic, Visualforce, LWC).
- Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools like Provar, Tosca, or Selenium with Salesforce locators.
- Hands on with auto healing strategies and tools ex Healenium (good to have)
- Hands on with concepts and implementation of Parallel and distributed execution of java/selenium-based automation scripts
- Good to have hands on/ knowledge of AI enabled test automation areas like test data generation, self-healing, Low code/ No code.
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management tools like JIRA.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
