Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable delivery plans.
Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
Coordinate with developers, administrators, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth execution of ServiceNow initiatives.
Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards for ServiceNow platform development and deployment.
Monitor and report on delivery performance, KPIs, and post-implementation outcomes.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
Act as the main point of contact for all ServiceNow-related communications and escalations.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) when applicable.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management.
3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations and platform management.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
Proven track record of successful project delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS (preferred).
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams.
