As part of the Engineering team at MoEngage, here are some things you can expect:

Skill Requirements
- Bachelors / Masters Degree with minimum 10+ years of overall professional experience and minimum 3+ years experience in managing/leading software development teams.
- Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems
- Proven experience with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructures - GCP / Azure / AWS
- Hands-on in Java technologies and frameworks
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch, and MongoDB is a plus
- Liaison with Product Management, DevOps, QA and other teams
- Performance management, Sprint management, Roadmap, Hiring, Onboarding, Mentoring, Costing, Documenting
- Awareness of Secure Development process and practices
- Awareness of Information Security concepts and Best Practices
