Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Location: Arunachal Pradesh (Field)

Conduct site visits to inspect, survey, and document land and property assets
Verify ownership records, title deeds, and legal documentation
Liaise with landowners, tenants, government officials, and local authorities
Assist in land acquisition processes including negotiations and agreement execution
Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental norms, and municipal codes
Maintain accurate records of field activities, including reports, maps, and photographs
Support legal and administrative teams with field data and documentation
Resolve on-ground issues such as access disputes, encroachments, or boundary conflicts
Monitor ongoing estate projects and provide regular updates to management
