Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers through phone calls, emails, or chats for desktop and laptop issues.
  
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems using various tools such as DHCP, DNS, and remote connection methods.
  
• Resolve customer complaints related to network connectivity, printers, routers, modems, and other peripherals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
  
• Document all interactions with customers in a timely manner using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice & Chat).
  
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting networks (LAN), configuring routers/modems/printers/desktops/laptops.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language; ability to work on night shifts (US shift).
  
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
