Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design:
- Design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
- Develop and maintain technical design documents and solution blueprints.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards, including coding best practices and security protocols.
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the deployment of Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integrations, and configurations.
- Oversee data migration and integration activities to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to implement custom applications and features.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and Salesforce guidelines.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies to incorporate into solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss technical solutions and provide recommendations.
- Act as the technical point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and system defects.
- Implement and oversee monitoring and reporting mechanisms to ensure system performance and reliability.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Salesforce functionalities and best practices.
