Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide Level 3 technical support for network engineering and networking issues.
Troubleshoot complex network problems using various tools such as ping, traceroute, MRTG, Netflow, Wireshark, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints related to network performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation of troubleshooting procedures for common issues.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x5 support during critical incidents.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in Network Engineering or equivalent role.
Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF), switching technologies (VLANs), QoS policies (DSCP).
Experience with firewall configuration (ASA) and SD-WAN implementation.
