Team Leader / Manager Lateral Hiring @ Medusind

Job Description

We are seeking for highly experienced candidates for Team Leader & Manager roles from Lateral hiring background. Candidate's preferably from Healthcare BPO hiring will be given first preference. Candidate should have min of 6+ years of experience for Team Leader role and 10+ years of experience in hiring for Manager role in Lateral, Support, Executive and IT/Infra positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in stake holder management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Lateral hiring team.
• Stake holder management.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to deliver within timelines.
• Identify and resolve hiring challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Min 6+ years of experience for Team Leader role and 10+ years of experience for Manager role in Lateral hiring preferably from Healthcare BPO.
• Proven expertise in Lateral, support, executive and IT/Infra hiring through various sourcing channels.
• Driving performance and achieving key objectives.
