Job Description
- As a Management Trainee, Record to Report at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in overseeing month-end closing activities, reporting, consolidations, and producing financial statements. Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing and posting month-end journal entries, performing month-end close activities, preparing and reviewing balance sheet accounts reconciliations, managing the quarterly intercompany process, and resolving balancing items. Your expertise in Accounting Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Intercompany, and Month-end closing and reporting will be essential in successfully fulfilling these tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with excellent reconciliation, accounting, and reporting experience. Additionally, having a CA Inter degree and significant experience in General Ledger would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of accounting concepts are also highly desirable qualifications we seek in you.
