Job Description

Handling reservations queries and requests coming to the reservations team from the

Internal Teams, the External Teams, and our Partners.

Coordination between multiple internal(Sales Team, Internal teams, City teams) and

external stakeholders(Hotel Partners, Travel Agents, Corporate Admins)

Troubleshooting issues regarding the central reservation system.

Managing Admin/Sales Team/Partner escalations.

Willing to WORK in ROTATIONAL SHIFTS.

What are we looking for

Graduates

Experienced or fresher with Great communications can apply (English and Hindi).

Good in Mathematical aptitude.

Should be ready to work in both Voice and Non-voice processes.

Six days working, Rotational offs and Rotational shift.

Work from Home currently.
