Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Centre Operations & Facility Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working centre
  • Ensure smooth functioning of infrastructure, housekeeping, security, IT, and vendors
  • Maintain SLA compliance and service quality
  • Oversee inventory, maintenance, and cost control

2. Revenue & Occupancy Management

  • Drive seat occupancy, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Coordinate with the sales team to close walk-ins and corporate leads
  • Track revenue, collections, and ageing
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timely collections

3. Member Experience & Community Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all members
  • Ensure high NPS and retention
  • Handle escalations, grievances, and service recovery
  • Plan and execute community events, networking sessions, and engagement activities

4. Team Management

  • Manage on-site teams (front desk, housekeeping, security)
  • Conduct shift planning, training, and performance reviews
  • Build a customer-first culture within the centre

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance adherence
  • Maintain centre MIS occupancy, revenue, costs, feedback, incidents
  • Share daily, weekly, and monthly reports with leadership
